Our factories and office

We manufacture in our own three factories — Dak Lak, Gia Lai and Binh Duong — and run packing, quality release and export documents from our office and warehouse in Ho Chi Minh City.

Buyer visits and third-party inspection are welcome at any site; please arrange in advance.

Production steps

  1. Fibre intake
Action: Loofah arrives from growers in Central Vietnam and is sorted on arrival.
Result: Only mature, fully formed fibre goes forward.
  2. Cleaning and drying
Action: Fibre is washed and dried until the meter reads 12% or below.
Result: Stock that will not develop mould in a sealed carton.
  3. Whitening (if ordered)
Action: Steam whitening, not chlorine bleach.
Result: A lighter, more even colour.
  4. Cutting and sewing
Action: Fibre is cut to the SKU pattern; backing, binding, straps, cords or handles are attached.
Result: Finished pieces to the approved sample.
  5. Inspection
Action: Size, colour, odour, mould, fibre defects and attachments checked.
Result: Rejected pieces removed before packing.
  6. Packing
Action: Retail pack, barcode and carton marks applied; moisture record filed against the lot.
Result: A shipment ready for export documents.

What we do not publish

Monthly output, carton counts and container loads depend on the SKU mix and pack format, so we confirm them in the quotation for your order rather than publishing a general figure.

Review our factories and production steps, the quality checks we run on every batch and the export documents and testing scope before approving your order.

Which factory makes my order?

It depends on the product and the schedule. Ask with your quote, and we confirm the site for your order.

Can I see production before I pay the deposit?

Yes. Ask for a video walkthrough, or arrange a visit or third-party inspection.
