Loofah for Eco and Zero-Waste Shops
Small mixed orders, plastic-free packs and honest shelf wording for natural loofah.

What an eco or zero-waste shop needs
A shop needs a small first order across a few formats, packs that fit a plastic-free shelf, and claims the staff can defend when a customer asks. Start with a kitchen sponge (it is reordered most often) and one or two bath formats, from 100 pcs per SKU.

Rectangular Dishwashing Sponge
LFK01L · S: 8 × 11 cm · M: 10.5 × 13.5 cm. Dense fibre. Best for: plastic-free dish sponge swap.

Loofah Bath Glove
LFB01S, LFB01L · S: 14.5 × 16 cm · L: 17 × 20 cm. Medium-firm fibre. Best for: daily body exfoliation.
Selling the swap
- Shelf cards that say what it replaces: “Replace your plastic kitchen sponge”.
- Multi-packs priced against a month of plastic sponges.
- A care card: rinse, squeeze, hang to dry, replace when it stays damp or smells.
- A clear end-of-life line: remove the cord or backing, then dispose of the fibre.
Rinse after use, squeeze out the water and hang to dry in an airy place between uses. Replace the item when the fibre starts to break up, stays damp or smells musty. Remove any non-fibre parts — fabric backing, cord, wooden handle, label — before disposing of the fibre.
Claims at the till
Say
- “Natural loofah fibre, grown in Vietnam.”
- “Whitened with steam, no chlorine bleach” (when ordered steam-whitened).
- “Replaces a plastic sponge.”
Avoid
- “Biodegradable” or “compostable” without evidence for your market.
- “Zero waste” as a product property.
- Skin-benefit claims.
Order terms
| Order detail | Planning information |
|---|---|
| MOQ | 100 pcs per SKU. Mixed-SKU first orders are possible; the minimum applies to each SKU in the order. |
| Private label | Labels, hang tags, kraft sleeves, printed boxes, bundle sets and barcodes are available. The minimum for printed packaging depends on the pack format and print method and is confirmed in the quote, together with a mockup for approval before production. |
| Samples | 3 free samples per request. The buyer covers the courier cost. We confirm the selection and the courier cost before dispatch. Custom prototypes are quoted separately on timing and cost. |
| Production lead time | Production lead time depends on the SKU mix, the quantity and whether the order carries your own packaging. It is confirmed in the quotation, after sample, artwork and order approval. Production time is not an arrival date: sea transit, customs clearance and inland delivery come on top. |
| Payment | 30% deposit on a stock-packaging order, 50% when the order carries your own label or printed box, balance against shipping documents. Air shipments are settled in full before the goods are handed over at the airport. |
| Incoterms | EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP are quoted; always name the place with the term. FCA is the correct term for an air shipment — FOB is not. DDP suits a first-time importer who would rather not handle customs, though import VAT is usually not recoverable that way; DAP suits a VAT-registered buyer. |
| Export documents | Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading or Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin (the form depends on the destination — EUR.1 for the EU under the EVFTA, Form B as standard), and a Phytosanitary Certificate and Fumigation Certificate where the destination requires them. Batch moisture readings are available on request. Laboratory testing is arranged separately on request. |
| Shipping | Confirm destination, Incoterm with named place, transport mode and the shipment-specific document list. Freight is not included unless stated in the quotation. |
Buyer questions
Can I order less than 100 pcs?
The MOQ is 100 pcs per SKU. Samples (up to 3 free) let you check the product before committing.
Can you ship without plastic bags?
Yes, on request. Agree the pack on a sample and consider moisture protection for the sea voyage.
