Oval Exfoliating Scrubber

An oval loofah pad with an elastic hand strap, in two sizes. Compact enough for travel and gift sets, large enough for daily use — sizes, components and checks below.

Oval loofah exfoliating pad with an elastic hand strap on a white bath shelf

What it is

The oval scrubber is a loofah pad with a fabric back and an elastic strap across it. The strap answers the usual complaint about flat pads — slipping out of a soapy hand — and the oval shape packs neatly into gift boxes and bundles.

  • Two sizes: S for travel kits and gift sets, L for daily shower use.
  • The elastic strap and fabric back are separate components; list them if the pack describes materials.
  • Pairs with the bath glove in 2-piece and 3-piece bundles.

Is it the right SKU for your range?

Suitable for

  • Gift sets and bundles where one compact pad has to fit a box.
  • Travel and hotel amenity kits.
  • Ranges that already stock the glove and want a second body format.

Less suitable when

  • The pack must be plastic-free end to end — ask about the strap material first.
  • The customer wants a long-reach tool for the back; see the belt or the wooden back brush.

How to specify and order

  1. Pick the SKUs and sizes
Action: Choose the formats that fit your channel. Most first orders use two or three SKUs rather than the whole range.
Result: A short list you can photograph, price and reorder.
  2. Approve a physical sample
Action: Request up to 3 free samples, measure them, wet them, and keep one as the retained reference.
Result: An agreed physical standard a later delivery is checked against.

Note: Photographs show natural variation but are not a specification.

  3. Fix the pack format, then the artwork
Action: Decide bulk bag, individual bag, kraft sleeve, box or bundle, and whether you need a barcode.
Result: A pack size and weight you can use for freight and marketplace listings.

Note: Artwork designed before the pack format is fixed usually has to be redone.

  4. Confirm terms and documents
Action: Name the destination, the Incoterm with its named place, and the certificates your customs entry needs.
Result: A shipment booked with its paperwork rather than chasing it after arrival.

Branding and packaging

Labels, hang tags, kraft sleeves, printed boxes, bundle sets and barcodes are available. The minimum for printed packaging depends on the pack format and print method and is confirmed in the quote, together with a mockup for approval before production.

  • Bulk bag, individual bag, kraft paper band or sleeve, printed box, gift box or bundle.
  • Your barcode (including an Amazon FNSKU) can be applied before packing.
  • Plastic-free packs are possible, but the whole pack has to be specified — see components and plastic-free packs.

For an approved design under your brand, see private label; for a new shape or size, see OEM/ODM.

Quality checks on this item

  • Strap attachment pulled by hand at both ends on every piece.
  • Size against the approved sample, S and L separately.
  • Colour range, spots and fibre breaks.
  • Odour and mould check before bagging.

Moisture is checked with a moisture meter on every batch and must read 12% or below before packing. Ask for the reading filed against your lot.

Review our factories and production steps, the quality checks we run on every batch and the export documents and testing scope before approving your order.

Care text you can print

Rinse after use, squeeze out the water and hang to dry in an airy place between uses. Replace the item when the fibre starts to break up, stays damp or smells musty. Remove any non-fibre parts — fabric backing, cord, wooden handle, label — before disposing of the fibre.

Avoid giving a lifespan in days or weeks on the pack. How long loofah lasts depends on use and drying, not on the product alone. What to write instead.

Order terms

Order detailPlanning information
MOQ100 pcs per SKU. Mixed-SKU first orders are possible; the minimum applies to each SKU in the order.
Private labelLabels, hang tags, kraft sleeves, printed boxes, bundle sets and barcodes are available. The minimum for printed packaging depends on the pack format and print method and is confirmed in the quote, together with a mockup for approval before production.
Samples3 free samples per request. The buyer covers the courier cost. We confirm the selection and the courier cost before dispatch. Custom prototypes are quoted separately on timing and cost.
Production lead timeProduction lead time depends on the SKU mix, the quantity and whether the order carries your own packaging. It is confirmed in the quotation, after sample, artwork and order approval. Production time is not an arrival date: sea transit, customs clearance and inland delivery come on top.
Payment30% deposit on a stock-packaging order, 50% when the order carries your own label or printed box, balance against shipping documents. Air shipments are settled in full before the goods are handed over at the airport.
IncotermsEXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP are quoted; always name the place with the term. FCA is the correct term for an air shipment — FOB is not. DDP suits a first-time importer who would rather not handle customs, though import VAT is usually not recoverable that way; DAP suits a VAT-registered buyer.
Export documentsCommercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading or Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin (the form depends on the destination — EUR.1 for the EU under the EVFTA, Form B as standard), and a Phytosanitary Certificate and Fumigation Certificate where the destination requires them. Batch moisture readings are available on request. Laboratory testing is arranged separately on request.
ShippingConfirm destination, Incoterm with named place, transport mode and the shipment-specific document list. Freight is not included unless stated in the quotation.

Buyer questions

Can the strap be made without elastic?

Ask for it as a development request. A different strap material is a construction change, so it needs its own sample before it can be quoted.

Does it come compressed?

Compression packing is available on request for this pad. The fibre recovers when unpacked or wetted; approve a compressed sample before you plan freight around it.

Can I get samples of this exact item?

Yes. Up to 3 free samples per request; you cover the courier. Ask for the size and packaging you intend to sell, so the sample matches the order.

Are the photos and sizes a binding specification?

No. Photos show the range and natural variation. The approved sample and the purchase-order specification define what is supplied.
